    How can schools get involved

The resource pack, See it, be it, believe it, will be designed for Year 8 pupils, aged 12 to 13. This is to align with research that shows early awareness of pathways, opportunities and role models is essential when it comes to improving gender parity.

This also enables the potential to shape young minds before they start narrowing their career pathways when they prepare for GCSE choices the following year. The resource pack will algin with Gastsby benchmarks and support careers guidance goals.

In November 2025 we will launch the first Future Talent Fortnight, when schools will have the opportunity to:

    • arrange workplace visits (real or virtual) with participating businesses
    • have a mentor from one of the businesses deliver a talk to their students
    • join an online quiz event
